The Hodkovičky Golf Resort is in a high-profile residential area near the Vltava river valley and features views of the adjacent river, Chuchle Grove and Barrandov Cliffs. The resort is a natural continuation of the adjacent villas and offer a unique position near ample greenery which is well suited for sports and family activities while offering excellent connections to the city centre.

The resort’s apartments are aimed at upper-middle class residents. The uppermost floors of individual houses will contain more luxurious apartment units with above-standard ceiling height, air conditioning and terraces.
