Vivus Osadní offers a total of 123 flats, 3 ateliers and 7 commercial units. It combines the modern architecture of new buildings with a reconstructed cubist building. The quality of the project was acclaimed in the Real Estate Project of the Year survey, where it won the Public Award in the Prague 7 region. The comprehensive design of the project resulted in a quiet green inner courtyard. The apartments offer a variety of outdoor spaces, quiet front gardens situated in the courtyard as part of the ground floor apartments or pleasant terraces on the top floors. There are of courseunderground garages that provide space for parking vehicles as well as for basement cubicles for the individual apartments.
The Vivus Osadní residential project was built in the heart of Prague 7 - Holešovice at the corner of Osadní and Dělnická streets. In quiet streets, yet in a place that offers everything one needs for everyday life just a few steps from home. A café, restaurant, shops, services. All right there. Yet if you want to go to the National Theatre or anywhere else in the historical centre of Prague, you can get there within a few minutes by car, tram or bike. Also, last year, Holešovice was connected to Karlín by the notorious Štvanice footbridge, now more commonly known as HolKa.
Construction of the project began in the autumn of 2016 with demolition work, to enable earthwork to continue in early 2017. After the foundation slab had been laid, the individual floors could be built from spring 2017. The rough construction of the buildings was completed as planned at the turn of 2017 and 2018. The approval process began at the end of 2018. It was successfully completed in early 2019, and the handover of flats, ateliers and commercial units to clients began in spring 2019.

Vivus Osadní was built to a high standard. High-quality wooden "EURO" windows in one of the buildings, aluminium windows in another, and thorough insulation have ensured that these are energy-efficient buildings, awarded the "B" energy certificate. Wooden floors or bathroom tiles with imitation trowel decor make for a pleasant interior.
