Standards of flats

Newly created residential units in the Vivus Hodkovičky I project will be completed including final flooring, doors, and bathrooms. The apartments will feature a mix of different standard finishes, allowing buyers to consider not only the layout but also the final design when choosing their new home. The apartment standards will include, among other things, wooden floors, underfloor heating, and exterior aluminum blinds. In addition, the house will be built as extremely energy-efficient, i.e. PENB A.

The exact scope of equipment for each specific unit is always defined in the appendices to the Preliminary Purchase Agreement related to that unit.
