About the project
The barrier-free building will include commercial units located along Modřanská Street. On the upper floors, there will be a diverse mix of living - from cozy studios to variously designed 2+kk and 3+kk units, up to spacious 4+kk flats.
The residential part will feature a variety of outdoor spaces facing the inner courtyard. Apartments on the lower floors will offer comfortable covered loggias of different sizes, while the upper floors will include both smaller and more generous terraces adjoining the apartments.
The first underground floor will include cellars and parking spaces. Selected parking spaces will be equipped with infrastructure ready for electric vehicle charging.
At the same time as the construction of the first phase of Vivus Hodkovičky I, the revitalization of the adjacent green areas and the Zátišský Stream bed will be carried out. This will expand the area of high-quality greenery and will almost seamlessly connect to the Hodkovičky Forest Park.
