Standard of design of terraced family houses

The terraced family houses will be built to a high standard, which will be represented by, for example, underfloor heating, PENB "A" (extremely economical) or window blinds.

Flooring

• Living rooms - wooden floating floor, slat height 13 mm, ref. SIMIwood, varnished floor (bleached oak or natural oak) or oiled floor (walnut oak)

Outdoor walking layers

• Terraces - concrete paving
• Other areas - grassed

Interior doors

• Full or frosted glass doors, coverings, height 210 cm, surface - white varnished, grey varnished, American oak veneer

Entrance doors

• Single-leaf door, BT3 security, full, ref. Adlo

House windows

• PVC plastic windows, five-chamber fixed/opening/tilting, with RAL decor in grey exterior and white interior, heat transfer coefficient for the entire window max. U = 0.96 W/m2K (when all ventilation slots are closed, if fitted in the windows), triple insulating glass with a "warm" frame, all-round fittings, two-stage sealing, micro-ventilation ensured by the position of the handle.

Air conditioning

• WC and bathroom ventilation solved by a fan, in the kitchen area preparation for connecting a hood

Heating and DHW heating

• Heat pump ref. Acond
• Floor heating

Electric

• Residential surface-mounted distribution boards, cables laid under plaster and in floors
• Cable outlets for lighting, preparation of electrical wiring in the kitchen in covered boxes in the lower level
• PV without battery, which can be purchased as part of a client change
• Preparation for wallbox installation

Sockets, switches

• Standard ref. ABB Swing, white

Low current

• Cables terminated in SLB distribution boards, cables laid under plaster and in floors
• Data distribution UTP cat. 5e, active socket in the living room, to other rooms only preparation - piping from the apartment switchboard

Central vacuum cleaner

• Preparation of CV distribution in the floors, blind sockets, the machine can be purchased as part of the KZ

Building energy performance certificate (PENB)

• B, i.e. extremely economical

• Terraces and loggias - concrete paving, 16-32mm thick
• Balconies - without final tread layer, floor is made of waterproof screed

Interior doors

• Doors with honeycomb filling, solid or glazed with frosted glass, ref. Polskone, foil surface, choice of two decors oak or white

Entrance door

• Single-leaf door, security BT3, solid, ref. Sapeli

House windows

• PVC plastic windows, five-chamber fixed/opening/tilting with RAL decor, exterior color gray and interior white, heat transfer coefficient for the entire window max. U = 0.96 W/m2K (when all ventilation slots are closed, if they are installed in the windows), insulating triple glazing with a "warm" frame, all-round hardware, two-stage sealing, micro-ventilation ensured by the position of the handle.
• Window shading elements - house AA - fabric blinds (These will not be installed in bathrooms, cellars, hallways and windows to the kitchen on the northern facade.)
• Window shading elements - houses O, R, T, U - not included in the delivery, can be ordered within the scope of the KZ

• Central gas boiler room including central DHW heating located in the PP

• Residential stations for heating TV and hot water heating, residential meter
• Radiators - stand-alone and wall-mounted panel radiators, tubular radiators in bathrooms

Weak current (house AA)

• A CETIN box will be installed in the TV area in the living room, the socket has outlets (1xTV, 1xdata). An installation pipe will be pulled into the blind sockets of other living rooms for additional wiring.

Low current (houses O, R, T, U)

• Cables terminated in the SLB switchboard, cables run under the plaster and in the floors
