About the project
Within the seven-storey apartment building, 136 new modern apartment units will be built with unique layouts ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk. Most of the apartments have a so-called hobby room. As with the living rooms in the apartment, there is also a constant air exchange through a recuperation system.
In addition, the apartments offer comfortable outdoor spaces, including front gardens. On the higher floors, the apartments have spacious loggias, balconies or terraces.
In the basement of the house there are parking spaces and cellars. Some of the basement units are directly connected to the parking spaces, thus ensuring even greater comfort of use.
The Vivus Zahradní Město project continues the long tradition of the site and brings play elements and relaxation zones directly into the quiet courtyard of the house, which will be dedicated only to its residents.
